Harm Reduction Group – Online

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, repeating until December 31, 2021
Harm reduction is the guiding principle of the Stonewall Project, and this beginner-friendly group is a great place to discuss and learn more about the various ways harm reduction can fit into your life and how it can incorporate change in both your substance use goals and other everyday positive changes you want to make. Accessing the Zoom Meeting:
In order to maintain Stonewall counseling services during the COVID-19 “shelter-in-place”order, Stonewall will be offering ongoing groups and “walk-in”services remotely via Zoom or phone.
There is an email distribution list for the schedule with Zoom ID numbers – please leave an email address with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call our mainline 415-487-3100, or with your counselor and we can add you to that list to be distributed as the schedule is updated throughout the COVID-19 “shelter-in-place” order.
Guidelines: These services can be reached via http://www.Zoom.us/join or the call-in number *67 669 900 6833, with the Zoom ID number associated with the service offered.
- Please ensure that you are in private and quiet location in preparation for your Zoom sessions.
- Ifyou have a prior registration with Zoom, please ensure you are comfortable with your current namebeing shared with other participants–this can be adjusted in your Zoom profile. You can also adjust your name afteryou enter the group.

The Stonewall Project is a family of programs dedicated to providing counseling, treatment, information and support to gay, bi, queer, and trans men and other men who have sex with men who are having issues with drugs or alcohol. As a program rooted in harm reduction, all substance use goals ranging from safer use, to managed use, to reduced use, to partial abstinence, to complete abstinence are supported and welcome.
Accessibility: All guests must take the elevator to the fourth floor after passing through the lobby arrival process. Groups and services at 1035 Market Street are provided on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, which are joined by a stairwell with handrails. There are 18 steps between the 3rd and 4th floors, 19 steps between the 2nd and 3rd floors. A staff member must assist you to access the 2nd and 3rd floors by elevator. Please ask for assistance at the 4th floor services lobby desk.
