We’re moving our main office!

San Francisco AIDS Foundation is moving its main office from 1035 Market Street to 940 Howard Street in late 2023/early 2024.

The Stonewall Project

Enrolled program clients should speak to their individual counselor with any questions about accessing services during the move.

Walk-in individual counseling is available with an appointment. Sessions will be primarily telehealth, with only limited capacity for in person service. Please call 415-487-3100 or email stonewall@sfaf.org to schedule a session.
