Get the supplies you need to reduce your risk. We provide safer injection supplies like cookers, cotton (small and large), alcohol wipes, sani hands, sterile water, saline, tourniquets (both latex and non-latex), and vitamin C. You can also get safer smoking supplies like aluminum foil, pipe covers and brillo, wound care and medical supplies like gauze, medical tape, hot hands (instant hot compress), Band-Aids, saline, and triple antibiotic ointment.
We carry syringes for IV use in the following sizes, and syringes for intramuscular injection. We also have free disposal containers on hand for your use.
We also have free safer sex supplies available. Get condoms, receptive condoms, dental dams, and lube (water based and silicone).

The Harm Reduction Center is place of welcome and a pathway to improved health and healing. Located in the Tenderloin/SoMa neighborhood, the Harm Reduction Center provides health services, specialized programming, and supplies that help people who inject drugs manage their health and prevent overdose and the transmission of HIV and hepatitis C.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Harm reduction supplies, medical care, and linkage to care.
Thursdays, 5 pm – 7 pm during Ladies Night. Harm reduction supplies and linkage to care.
Tuesdays, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Syringe access and disposal; bagged lunches; nurse practitioner and nurse available with Street Medicine medical care services.
Thursdays, 1 pm – 4 pm. Services for women and TGNCI+ people. Syringe access and disposal; linkage to services provided through the Hope Center; nurse practitioner available with Street Medicine medical care services.
Fridays, 6 pm – 8 pm. Syringe access and disposal; warm meals; nurse available with Street Medicine medical care services.
