Light in the Grove returns this year as a refreshed and re-imagined, magical outdoor celebration of Love, Community, and Remembrance in the AIDS Memorial Grove, located in the heart of historic Golden Gate Park. This whimsical evening in nature surrounded by friends, live music/DJ, and art.

Add the names of those you have loved and lost to HIV and AIDS to Castro street sidewalks. This colorful remembrance event honors those who have loved, lived, danced, worked and partied in the Castro.

Each year, our community hosts a national observance in the National AIDS Memorial Grove in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. We bring leaders together from across the country for a national conversation to shine a light on the ongoing struggle to end the epidemic, progress made, and hope for the future. Free and open to all.
