Santa Skivvies Run is an annual holiday underwear fun run/walk and fundraiser on Sunday, December 7, 2025, benefiting San Francisco AIDS Foundation. The route weaves throughout the streets of the iconic Castro neighborhood, starting and ending at LOOKOUT (16th and Noe).

Whether you choose to walk, run, scooter, skip, or skate the one-mile course, we have you covered… well, almost! This is a body positive event, so come wearing this year’s skivvies, festive holiday attire, or whatever makes you feel fabulous in your body!

Event Schedule

11 AM-11:45 AM – Registration/Check-in
12 PM-12:30 PM – Run through the Castro
11:30 AM- 1:00 PM – Santa’s drag show and award ceremony
1:00 PM- 5:00 PM – After party at LOOKOUT & Castro Art Mart
