Weekly drop-in support group for Black/African American men who have sex with men, and gay or bisexual, gender variant, and same-gender loving men is a place to build community with other members, reduce isolation, share concerns, and discover new perspectives.
Targeted Abstinence Group
A group for participants who have a substance use goal to abstain from the drug(s) that they find to be most problematic, while continuing to use others.
Abstinence Support Group
A safe space for people with abstinence goals to support one another, share knowledge, & learn skills. We help you achieve and maintain abstinence from all substances.
Managed Use Skills – Support Group (Online)
Connect, support and share harm reduction skills to safer, controlled, and/or reduced use of problem substances.

Connection and community for Gay/Bi/Trans men, 50 years and older. The Elizabeth Taylor 50-Plus Network is a program of SFAF.

HUES Soul Sessions – Support Group
Offering a warm and welcoming space to connect, unwind, and thrive for Black women. These sessions feature a mix of engaging discussions, fun games, creative crafts, and shared experiences, all designed to foster joy, wellness, and community connection.
Trans Substance Use – Support Group
Drop-in harm reduction group for transgender, nonbinary and gender expansive folks. All substance use goals are welcome.
HUES Sista Circle (Online) – Support Group
For Black women living with or vulnerable to HIV. Our vision at HUES is to cultivate a vibrant intergenerational community where Black women affected by HIV can thrive and flourish.
