AIDS/LifeCycle World AIDS Day Ride
Join us as we ride in observance of World AIDS Day. We’ll start our ride meeting at the National AIDS Memorial Grove at the corner of Nancy Pelosi Drive and Bowling Green Drive in Golden Gate Park. After our pre-ride activities we’ll head through the Presidio and over to the Legion of Honor, then along Ocean Beach towards our rest stop. After the rest stop you can choose to either do the Lake Merced loop for more miles, or head on back to the National AIDS Memorial Grove.
The Audacity of Hope Webinar (Online) – HOPE Collaboratory
Join the HOPE collaboratory, a research and community engagement collaboration working towards an HIV cure, for a virtual discussion exploring the resilience of people living with HIV. Organized by SFAF staff involved as HOPE Community Advisory Board coordinators, the event will honor the history of HIV and also offer a hopeful future as panelists explore overcoming fear and worry, embracing joy, and advice for people newly diagnosed with HIV.
A future of health justice for all
San Francisco AIDS Foundation honors the many leaders, activists, survivors, volunteers, and educators who took bold steps to confront an epidemic growing in our community. We mourn the loss of so many of our lovers, friends, and family members, and we celebrate the many survivors who have paved the way and defined what it means to live well with HIV.
