Strut, 470 Castro Street, is offering limited clinical services available Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm. Walk-in clients are not being seen at this time. Please call the clinic at 415-581-1600 for instructions.
For clients currently receiving PrEP and HIV care from our clinical team, we will be extending prescriptions to cover this time period. If you need a refill, please reach out to our navigation team at 415-437-3450.
In person clinical services will continue for individuals experiencing symptoms of suspected STIs and possible HIV exposures at Magnet. Please call 415-581-1600 and select option #3 to be connected with the nursing team to coordinate services.

What we do:
Accessibility: There are no stairs to enter the lobby level at Strut from the street level. The building has three floors, and there is a stairwell with handrails and a wheelchair accessible elevator. There are 26 steps from the lobby to the 2nd floor and 48 steps from the lobby to the 3rd floor.
