PROP Empowerment Program
PROP Empowerment provides structure, community, counseling, and financial incentives in a 12 week program.

The PROP Empowerment Program provides structured community for, but not limited to, Black and African American community members who would like to address their stimulant use (meth, cocaine).
Participants receive:
- Incentives for non-reactive urine tests for stimulants
- Twice Weekly group sessions with snacks and coffee
- Social support from peers
- Non-judgmental, harm reduction counseling
