Santa Skivvies Run is San Francisco AIDS Foundation’s most spirited and festive fundraising event, inviting participants to don holiday costumes—or just their skivvies—and dash through the Castro neighborhood while raising funds through peer-to-peer fundraising for HIV prevention, care, and advocacy.
