Celebrate health, joy, and sisterhood
We are dedicated to fostering health, wellness, joy, happiness, safety, and pleasure within our diverse and intergenerational community. Through collaborative programming and mutual support, we aim to uplift and amplify the voices and experiences of Black women, creating a space where they feel seen, heard, and valued across generations.

What Our Programming Looks Like
Soul Sessions (In-Person | 2nd & 4th Thursdays)
Soul Sessions are twice-monthly in-person gatherings held in San Francisco and the East Bay. These sessions blend education, creativity, and community building. Each gathering centers topics such as sexual health, aging with HIV, mental wellness, stigma reduction, leadership, and pleasure — alongside interactive activities like teach-ins, art-making, film screenings, guest speakers, and community outings.
Soul Sessions are designed to be accessible, affirming spaces where women can unwind, learn, and engage in honest dialogue while strengthening their connection to care and to one another.
Sista Circles (Virtual | 2nd & 4th Saturdays)
Sista Circles are our peer-led virtual support groups for Black women living with HIV. These circles provide a confidential, sacred space for reflection, shared wisdom, and mutual support. Conversations focus on navigating aging with HIV, mental health, relationships, medical trust, advocacy, and resilience.
Sista Circles center lived experience and intergenerational mentorship, ensuring that women feel seen, heard, and supported beyond clinical settings.
