Stonewall Reading & Discussion Group

October 22   4:00 pm - 5:30 pm PDT

 Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until January 31, 2020

Join us for a drop-in reading and discussion group, where we use books and other written materials to explore our own substance use, healing and well-being.

There is no need to do advance reading to join the group. All written materials are provided to people who join the group. The current book is “The Four Agreements”, which explores self-limiting beliefs and how to overcome them.

Facilitated by Kyle Temple & Sharleen Phillips.

Free – No RSVP necessary.

The Stonewall Project is a family of programs dedicated to providing counseling, treatment, information and support to gay, bi, queer, and trans men and other men who have sex with men who are having issues with drugs or alcohol. As a program rooted in harm reduction, all substance use goals ranging from safer use, to managed use, to reduced use, to partial abstinence, to complete abstinence are supported and welcome.

Accessibility: There are no stairs to enter the lobby level at Strut from the street level. The building has three floors, and there is a stairwell with handrails and a wheelchair accessible elevator. There are 48 steps from the lobby to the 3rd floor.
