All guests must take the elevator to the 4th floor after passing through the lobby arrival process. This group meets on the 3rd floor, which is connected to the 4th floor by a stairwell with handrails. There are 18 steps between the 3rd and 4th floors. A staff member must assist you to access the 3rd floor by elevator. Please ask for assistance at the 4th floor services lobby desk.
