Join us in this first part of a three-part event series focused on Queer and Trans BIPOC Mental Health with mental health professional Nia Hamilton-Ibu! Part of QTPOC at Strut!
Our first event is titled “13 Mental Health Tips on How to Survive the rest of 2020! Event Description: Feeling oppressed, stressed out, sad, tired, scared, unmotivated, pissed off and overwhelmed? Come and join us as Nia Ibu, LCSW will go over 13 tips including coping skills, ways to incorporate them into your daily life and procedures QTPOC people should have in place to assist you with making it through these times. Let’s bring more color into our rainbows to see us through these times. Q&A time allotted. ”
