An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Monday, repeating until May 31, 2022
Why does everyone keep telling me to drink more water? How can science help me sleep better? Does being in nature really make you less anxious? In this group, we will explore the successes and challenges to physical, mental, sexual, and spiritual health as they relate to substance use. This is a body-positive, shame-free space for us to go beyond the fads and rules to find out what actually makes us feel good.
