Join us for a very special Black Love with Jewelle Gomez! Part of QTPOC at Strut Sept 17th, at 7:00 PM (PDT) Free!

Join us for an exciting event that explores Black Imagination! Writer, educator, performer, Tanea Lunsford Lynx will be hosting a very special Black Love where she will welcome legendary author Jewelle Gomez into a discussion about her work and queer black creativity. Jewelle Gomez is is a playwright, novelist, and poet. She’s the author of eight books including the first Black Lesbian vampire novel, THE GILDA STORIES, currently celebrating its 30th year in print. Part interview, part conversation, part exploration, join us for a very special Black Love! A night with Jewelle Gomez!

Black Love was created in collaboration with Strut by Na’amen Gobert Tilahun, and Beatrice L. Thomas back in 2016 and Strut has been doing the performance series ever since!
