HIV, Immigrants and the Law

Navigating the current health care system, and for many Latinos understanding the current eligibility maze and knowing their rights in the health care arena, is incredibly difficult. To this end, San Francisco AIDS Foundation and Project Inform have compiled a list of resources about HIV, immigrants, and the law. Included among these resources are easy-to-understand summaries of federal eligibility requirements, “know your rights” publications for immigrants and their advocates, as well as other helpful publications and organizations.
