In our first episode, Ernest Hopkins, Director of Federal Affairs for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, talks about the recent changes to the Ryan White CARE Act and how they may affect AIDS services in San Francisco and nationwide. Mr. Hopkins is responsible for implementing the agency's federal policy advocacy agenda. He is a well known HIV/AIDS advocate and was instrumental in the passage of the current Ryan White CARE Act.
