Annual Operating Plan & Budget
The San Francisco AIDS Foundation is pleased to present its Annual Operating Plan and Budget for fiscal year (FY) 2009/10. Since implementing last year’s Operating Plan, the Foundation has made strides towards addressing the endemic nature of HIV infection, focusing on reducing the rate of infections and improving health for people living with HIV.
This budget narrative outlines the three strategic goals the Foundation will pursue between now and 2015 and describes the programmatic action plan the Foundation will undertake in the coming year to make progress towards these goals. Although all Foundation departments are involved in their execution, most of these activities fall within the Programs and Services and Science and Public Policy departments.
Goal 1:
New HIV infections in San Francisco will be reduced by 50% by 2015.
Goal 2:
By 2015, all people in San Francisco aged 13 to 64 will know their current HIV status.
Goal 3:
All HIV-positive people in San Francisco will be receiving appropriate primary medical care by 2015.
